This product is a practical executor workspace. It helps you organize records, documents, follow-up tasks, and estate work. It does not provide legal representation.
Use of the workspace
You are responsible for the information you enter, the files you upload, and the actions you choose to take based on the workspace. Use the app as an organization tool, not as a substitute for your own judgment.
No legal advice
The product provides workflow guidance and recordkeeping support. It does not promise that a filing is correct, sufficient, accepted, or legally complete. If you need legal advice for your situation, you are responsible for getting it from a qualified professional.
Account responsibility
Keep control of your sign-in credentials. Activity taken through your account may be treated as your activity unless the operator of the deployment decides otherwise.
Billing terms
The MVP billing flow uses a one-time account activation fee and then a recurring monthly subscription for continued access. Billing, renewals, payment method updates, cancellations, and related receipts are handled through Stripe and the operator's configured billing settings.
Availability
The operator may update, suspend, or remove features. Keep copies of critical estate records you cannot afford to lose.
Uploaded content
Only upload records you have the right to store and use for the estate work you are handling. You remain responsible for whether your uploads are appropriate for your situation.
